Wedding samples are often the highlight of our process with our couples (besides the wedding day, of course!)
A little bit about our process:
Once we meet with our engaged couples and confirm a wedding booking, we set up a sample mockup appointment for 2-3 months before the big day. This ensures the freshest, most seasonably appropriate flowers that will be available closest to your wedding, while still allowing time for us to prepare properly for your big day.
At this meeting, the wedding coordinator teams up with our wedding staff here at The Hidden Garden to bring in all decor items we can - rental tables, chairs, china, glassware, etc - and we bring the florals, candles and lighting aspect into our sample space to create a real look at what one of your tables will look like at your wedding. We use this meeting to "play" - making modifications to get the design just right after months of conversation together and sharing of photos and inspiration. We also go through the proposal together and make any tweaks needed based on updates to guest counts and our vision.
At this meeting, we go through your table centerpiece design - but things like bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony decor are left up to our talented team to make custom for you the week of your wedding and do not get shown at the sample meeting.
