Make sure they've worked at your venue, or with weddings your size — experience in the room matters. And notice how they make you feel on that first call. After our meeting, give us about a week. We aren't dropping numbers into a template — we're designing your whole day on paper and pricing it with real care. Good things take a moment, and yours is worth it.
When the proposal feels right, you'll sign your contract and place your retainer. Our standard retainer is 20%, and here is what it does: it holds your date with us. Once your retainer is in, that day is yours alone. We are officially your florist.
You won't disappear into a void. We'll stay in touch by email and the occasional call as details evolve. If your design calls for it, we'll set up walk-throughs with our design team and your planner, so everyone has seen the space.
The final stretchTwo months out — where your whole day comes into focus.

This is the big one, and we schedule it on purpose. Two months out is the sweet spot: close enough that your flowers are in season and your details are real, early enough that we still have time to source and adjust. We build a true-to-life sample of your key design, finalise colours, and walk your timeline together.
Quietly not loving the dusty blue? This is the moment to tell us. We promise we don't take it personally.
After the sample meeting, you'll receive a revised proposal. Why again? Because we want to be certain we heard every single thing you told us. We play it all back to you on paper. Once you approve this version, you are truly locked in: colours, details, every last item, set.
Your final balance is due two weeks before your wedding. This date is what lets us place your flower order. Flowers are living things, grown to bloom on a schedule, and we order yours to hit their absolute peak on your day.
The week before, we'll reach out one more time to confirm nothing has changed. By now we're in full timeline mode with your planner, mapping load-ins, guest arrival and strike times down to the minute. This is the part you never see, and it's where the real magic happens.
